Beveridge Land Development
The Beveridge Land Development project comprises 140 hectares of residential land and allows for a new community of approximately 1600 homes and 5000 residents.
The master planned development includes a suburban train station, primary school, secondary school, shopping centre, town centre and the community parks all set within an enchanting landscape of surrounding countryside.
The Beveridge project is located approximately 35 kilometres north of Melbourne’s CBD beside an adjacent railway line currently connecting Melbourne and Sydney with a future proposed train station point through the community. The site provides easy access to the Hume Freeway and Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.
First Planning Permit for 385 land lots is expected in first half 2017.
